I am presently in the process of testing a new, all-natural protocol for treating heartworm positive dogs. The treatment is based on enhanced nutrition and immune modulation with a unique formulation of Transfer Factor from 4Life Research, that is not yet commercially available. The goal is to use your dog’s immune system to attack the heartworms instead of using a toxic drug. The expectation, based on my experience treating heartworm positive dogs with homeopathy, is that the treated animals should clear the infestation in about 6 months of treatment.

Test animals will be required to be on a healthy, all-natural diet for the duration of the study and will be given an immune enhancing supplement in tablet form twice daily. There will be a cost for the test product that will be explained individually, but it will roughly be $1.50 per day for a 30 pound dog, plus shipping. Blood testing will be required before beginning, at 3 months, and 6 months, and 1 year after beginning the trial. This expense will also be borne by the owner, and can be done through your local veterinarian. Details of the test requirements will be sent to those whose dogs qualify for the trial.
